Open an EZIFUEL Account

You can open an account to purchase bulk fuel, EZIFUEL card fuel or lubricants with our Account Application form.

Before you begin, have the following information at hand:
. Your ABN
. Your Driver's Licence Number
. If you are a company, the Date of Birth, Driver's Licence Number, Address and Phone Number of all Directors and Guarantors
. Contact details for three Trade References
. If you are a Company, Guarantors' approval of the Malpass Enterprises Terms and Conditions.

Credit Terms

EZIFUEL can be set up with either of the following credit terms:

MONTHLY

This option allows for a monthly statement detailing all transactions for a calendar month. The statement is posted to you as soon as possible after the end of the month, for your review. Statement balances are due for payment on the 21st day of the following month.

WEEKLY

This option allows for a weekly statement. The week runs from Monday to Sunday inclusive. The statement is delivered to you as soon as possible after the end of the week. Statement balances are due for payment on the Friday after the statement is prepared.

DAILY DIRECT DEBIT

This option allows for payment to be made Daily by Direct Debit from a nominated Bank account. Allows you to track your fuel spend on a daily basis.

Payment Methods

Preferred Payment is by Direct Debit from your nominated Bank Account. Payment by EFT or cheque may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
